Thank you for your interest in listing/selling your .ae domain names with AfterMarket.ae. Please submit your domain(s) in an excel sheet (see template) to: am@aftermarket.ae
We will list your domain(s) FREE OF CHARGE and we will be contacting you directly incase an offer is received on one of your domains. Below are the terms of our service and the procedure in case of a sale agreement.
- Once an offer is received, we will contact you and quote the price offered
- If you agree on the sale, we will act as a domain broker (see below) and will sell the domain name on your behalf
- If you do not agree on the price, you can send a counter offer and will inform the buyer and repeat the process if required
Broker Service/Escrow and how to works:
- We handle all the communication and negotiation with the buyer on your behalf
- Once both the buyer and the seller agree on the sale, we will contact both the parties and verify the ownership of the domain name
- Your domain name will be transferred to a secure escrow (neutral) account with an aeDA accredited registrar until the sale is complete
- Payment/transfer: You may choose to send the funds directly to the seller or you can use us as an escrow agent and we will handle the transfers on your behalf (however you pay all the fees)
- Once the funds are clear, we will payout the seller and then transfer the domain name into the new ownership
- There is a 48 hours period to file a complaint in case anything goes wrong, otherwise the sale is done
- Note: We will include the detailed process and terms
of service in written document once a sale is initated.
Service Fees and Charges
In case of a sale, you will pay 8% of the final sale price, plus all the transfer/commission fees (if any) and you may choose to split the fees between the buyer/seller.
